Davorka Milicevic

Davorka is a consultant specialising in Knowledge Management strategies, knowledge retention, and AI integration. With over two decades of experience in humanitarian logistics, supply chain systems, and organizational knowledge, she helps organizations transform how they capture, retain, and reuse critical knowledge — ensuring that lessons learned and project insights become part of lasting institutional memory.

At the United Nations World Food Programme, Davorka led global KM initiatives that shaped corporate strategies, developed bespoke maturity models, and embedded AI into knowledge retention processes, lessons learned, and project retrospectives. She co-developed WFP’s SPARK platform for institutional knowledge retention and pioneered rapid knowledge product development, reducing turnaround times from weeks to hours. Her work has been recognized internationally, including being shortlisted for CILIP’s KM Manager of the Year in 2024.

Today, Davorka advises organizations across sectors on embedding AI into KM strategies, strengthening knowledge retention, and leveraging big data and digital process automation.
