I am providing a number of Knowledge Management training events for the NHS, working with NHS London and NHS North East.  Modules include:


Level 0        General audience - no prior KM knowledge required.
  0.1        Essentials of KM. (0.5 days)
  0.2        Experiencing KM. Building the knowledge bridge! (4 hours)

Level 1        Core KM Techniques - Intermediate.
  1.1        Peer Assist and After Action Reviews. (0.5 days)
  1.2        Retrospect Reviews and Knowledge Assets. (1 day)
  1.3        Knowledge Harvesting. (0.5  days)
  1.4        Knowledge-sharing technologies in the NHS. (4 hours)
  1.5        Planning and Launching Communities of Practice (3 hours)

Level 2        Advanced KM - Strategic Practitioner Capabilities.
  2.1        Leading and Sustaining Communities of Practice. (3 hours)
  2.2        Benchsharing™: Creating a Self-assessment and using the River Diagram. (1 day)

Level 3        Management , Leadership and CKO-oriented
  3.1        Leadership and KM. (0.5 days)       
  3.2        KM Strategy Development and Self-assessment. (1 day)
